Security Upgrade: Rental Protection Service

We can provide a Rental Protection Service designed to help safeguard your rental income in the event of tenant arrears. This service is supported by a Rent Guarantee Insurance policy arranged and held by Robert Adam Estate Agents Ltd, with your interest noted.

Key features typically include:

  • Rent arrears cover (subject to insurer limits and policy terms).
  • Legal expenses cover for possession proceedings and tenancy disputes.
  • Cover for rent until vacant possession is obtained (subject to policy conditions).
  • Full tenant referencing required to meet insurer eligibility criteria.

This is not an insurance contract between you and the insurer. The policy is arranged and held by Robert Adam Estate Agents Ltd. All cover is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and underwriting criteria of the insurer. Claims are submitted and administered by us as the policyholder.

We can arrange this Rental Protection Service as part of your management package. Full documentation confirming your interest will be provided upon activation.
